Inside Out is a 2015 American 3D computer-animated comedy- movie drama produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures . The film was directed byPete Docter and co-directed by Ronnie del Carmen , with a screenplay written by Docter, Meg LeFauve and Josh Cooley , adapted from a story by Docter and del Carmen. Riley Andersen ( Kaitlyn Dias ), where five personified emotions -Joy ( Amy Poehler ), Sadness ( Phyllis Smith ), Anger ( Lewis Black), Fear ( Bill Hader ), and Disgust ( Mindy Kaling ) – move to lead her through life as her parents ( Diane Lane and Kyle MacLachlan ) move from Minnesota to San Francisco , and she has to adjust to her new surroundings.

Toy Story is a 1995 American computer-animated buddy comedy adventure movie produced by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures . The directorial debut of John Lasseter , Toy Story was the first feature-length computer-animated film and the first feature film produced by Pixar. Taking place in a World Where anthropomorphic toys pretend to be lifeless whenever will humans are present, the movie’s plot Focuses on the relationship entre Woody , an old-fashioned cowboy doll pullstring (voiced by Tom Hanks ) and Buzz Lightyear, an astronaut action figure (voiced by Tim Allen ), as they evolve from rivals competing for the affections of Andy, their owner, to friends who work together to be reunited with Andy as his family prepares to move to a new home. The screenplay was written by Joss Whedon , Andrew Stanton , Joel Cohen and Alec Sokolow , based on Lasseter, Pete Docter , Stanton and Joe Ranft . The film features music by Randy Newman , and was executive-produced by Steve Jobs and Edwin Catmull .
